HoldenCAPITAL Partners facilitates a wide range of borrowing opportunities for property developers and commercial finance brokers . We provide access to senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity capital on flexible terms at attractive pricing not typically available via traditional lending avenues.

Banks have dramatically reduced their appetite for commercial construction lending over the last few years for a variety of reasons including tightened constraints from APRA. With pre-sales also hard to achieve, non-bank alternatives have become key options for property developers to get projects up and running.

HCP has identified that while many borrowers no longer meet the criteria of the banking sector, this does not mean that those projects are not viable. Rather they require a different solution for commercial property funding from a private lender that matches the relevant risk and rewards on offer with appropriate participants.
